Pad Thai is the most famous stir-fried Thai Noodle dish. From the good blend of various kind of plum sugar, fish sauce, tamarind juice and herbs make this dish very delicious with balanced flavors of sweet, salty and sour.

Preparation “Pad Thai”
- 1 packet Pad Thai Sauce 95 g
- 1 packet Thai Rice Noodle 115 g
- 1 packet Chili Powder 4 g

Peeled prawns or preferred meat 100 g
Egg 1
Diced tofu 30 g
Bean sprouts 100 g
Chinese chives (cut into 4-5 cm) 20 g
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
How to cook
- Boil Thai Rice Noodle in saucepan for 4 minutes (until slightly soft in the center). Drain well.
- Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in frying pan then add peeled prawns and diced tofu, Fry well.
- Add Thai Rice Noodle (if noodle gets sticky, add some 1-2 tbsp of water) and Pad Thai Sauce, stir well.
- Move all ingredients to the side of the pan. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil together with beaten egg, fry well. Then add bean sprouts and Chinese chives, fry well and mix everything thoroughly.
- Sprinkle the Chili Powder for completion. Serve hot.
