Preparation “Tom Yum”
serves 4 (cooking time 10 minutes)
Items prepared in the pack
- 1 packet Tom Yum Paste 20 g.
- 1 packet Chili in Oil 10 g.
- 1 packet Dry Spices 5 g.
Other ingredients
- Uncooked seafood (shrimps or prawns, white fish, scallops or mussels) 100 g. (3.5 oz./ ¼ lb.)
- Mushrooms 60 g. (2 oz.)
- Water 450 ml. (2 cups/ 16 fl oz.)
How to Cook
- Boil water in pot or saucepan.
- Pure contents of Dry Spices packet. Add seafood and mushrooms.
- Add Tom Yum Paste and Chili in oil and stir until dissolved.
- Boil until seafood and mushrooms are cooked.
- A dash of fish sauce can be added, if desired.
- Serve hot
